7/16: Guid Skelp

The Course

Professional's Description:

The longest hole on the course. Guid Skelp measures in at 368 yards and is a challenging par 4. The gully plays a part in the collection of hazards waiting to increase the score for any golfer not on their toes. It heads north east towards the highest part of the course at 1500 feet above mean sea level. If you are a big hitter then this hole will suit you. Accuracy is key here.

Hacker's Interpretation:

If you aren't blessed with 300 yard drives then don't panic. Two well placed iron shots will find you on the green and 1 or 2 putts for a birdie or a par at this test of endurance hole. You're old friend, The Gully, makes an appearance again. Course Management is critical to avoid ending up at the bottom of it.
